Search Queries
A name or date of birth typed into a search box goes to the outside provider that runs that search. The provider processes the query and returns the result. We do not keep or log the terms a visitor enters on our end.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When someone emails us, we hold onto the message so we can write back. The message stays with our team and is not shared outside the organization unless a legal obligation requires it.
